Catrina Brogan has been in Mortgage Banking for over three decades and has been involved in all aspects of lending. She owned and operated NorthStar Family of Companies, Inc. from May 2000 to June 2014, where she directed the mortgage banking, real estate, university and appraisal units. While there, she coordinated with state government officials to train and strategically position candidates in the private and public sector. In doing so, she shattered the company's expansion and hiring goals; much like she's done in her current position.

 

She recently joined Cardinal Financial where she will be building a nationwide retail division utilizing their exclusive and one of a kind technology, extensive product range, and highly competitive pricing. She has earned numerous commendations including the Woman who Mean Business Award and the Top Ten Businesses in the State of Hawaii. She has held regional and national positions at top mortgage companies where she thrives in providing guidance and oversight.

 

Catrina believes in helping others and has a passion for organizations that focus on helping the homeless, and abused and disadvantaged women. She has served on many boards throughout her career including: The Salvation Army, Meals on Wheels, Homeless Solutions, Inc, Mortgage Bankers Association, Entrepreneurs Organization (E.0.), and The American Girl Scout Board of Directors.

 

Catrina has lived throughout the United States and Europe, spending twenty-four years in Hawaii and currently residing in Colorado. Married for over thirty-three years and mother to a daughter named Kaile, she firmly believes in a holistic approach to living, with a foundation firmly rooted in family, faith, and friendships.
